TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING PARTICIPATION IN FAMILY FEUD BANGLADESH

I. APPLICATION DESCRIPTION:

“Family Feud Bangladesh” is a gaming show involves two families competing to provide the most popular answers to survey questions, aiming to entertain while fostering family bonding.”

To participate, your team should:

consist of 5 family members connected by blood, marriage, or legal adoption. Additionally, you need a 6th member as a standby to fill in if a family member is not available post-registration.
You must be a Bangladeshi citizen or have permission to work within Bangladesh.
We recommend that Participants are 18 years or older due to the nature of the questions.
If anyone on the team is running for or active in political office, they are also ineligible.
If you or anyone from your team has previously appeared on any version of Family Feud from any country, a minimum of 10 years must have elapsed since the prior appearance to be eligible to play again.
If anyone on the team is related to anyone employed by Bongo BD, or is related to the host, they are ineligible.

The following individuals are ineligible to enter the Family Feud Bangladesh:

Employees, vendors (including auditors), agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of Stellar Digital Limited, and of its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Family Feud Bangladesh in any manner; or
persons other than Bangladeshi nationals or Bangladeshi nationals living out of Bangladesh, or

II. DEFINITIONS:

“Auditions”: means the auditions held on certain dates and/or cities as informed to the selected Participant(s).
“Auditionee(s)”: The Applicant(s) who is selected for participation in the Auditions.
“Back-up Participant(s)”: The Auditionee(s) selected to participate in the shoot of the Show, in case the selected Participant(s) does not come.
“Channel”: The Bangladeshi local TV channel which shall broadcast the Show
“Bongo”: Stellar Digital Limited and/or its affiliates, the organizers of the Show.
“Participant(s): The Applicant(s), Auditionee(s), Back-up Participant(s)all collectively referred to as “Participant(s)”.
“Contributor”: Any person other than the Participant(s), who is present during any stage of the Show.
“Applicants“: Any eligible person who registers for the Show
“Show”: Family Feud Bangladesh

III. PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Online Registration

To participate in Family Feud Bangladesh, the first step is to complete an online registration. Please visit our official website https://familyfeud.bongobd.com/ to fill out the registration form with the required details of your family.

Step 2: Initial Shortlisting

Once the registration is complete, our team will review all applications. If your family meets the eligibility criteria, you will be shortlisted for an audition. Please note that all 6 family members must be present for this audition round.

Step 3: Due Diligence

Families shortlisted from the initial audition will undergo a due diligence process conducted by the Bongo team. This is to ensure all participants meet the necessary requirements and standards.

Step 4: Final Audition

The final audition will be held in front of the Bongo Leadership Team, TV executives, and the show Director. This round will determine which families will participate in the Final Round of Family Feud Bangladesh.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the Show by sending entries in the aforesaid manner shall be considered to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be subject to amendment from time to time and as such participation in the Show would be considered acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
There is no levy of an entry fee for participation in the Show. Any person who claims to be from Bongo and asks the Participant(s) for paying an entry fee, or offers any lotteries, prize monies, cash prizes etc. for participation in the Show is defrauding the Participant(s) and he/she should report this to the local police immediately.
Subject to applicable laws in Bangladesh, any and all cash prizes will be awarded after tax deductions.
The Show is open to adult citizens of Bangladesh i.e. only those who have completed 18 years of age as on June 03, 2024 sound health and mind entering on behalf of themselves.
All Entries are non-transferrable.
Participation on the Show is voluntary and the Participant(s) hereby confirms to be present on such dates at the Audition, as may be communicated by Bongo. Should the Participant(s) fail to be available for the audition or the shoot of the Show, Bongo reserves the right to disqualify at its discretion without being required to offer any reasons whatsoever.
Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of Bongo, and of its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, vendors (including auditors) and others associated with the Show in any manner; persons other than Bangladeshi nationals, or Bangladeshi nationals living out of Bangladesh.
Failure to provide proof or affidavit of eligibility, including the proof of name, address and correct date of birth within a reasonable time upon request by Bongo at any time during the Show may result in disqualification.
Bongo also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant during the conversation with Bongo or any of Bongo’s sub-contractors and vendors in the Show, and/or in the information stated in the documents furnished by the Participant.
Bongo also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant, in case of any third-party claims received by Bongos. The Participant hereby agrees that any such claims shall be settled by the Participant directly with such third-parties making the claims and shall indemnify Bongo from any and all such claims, at all times.
The Participant(s) shall undertake, warrant and guarantee to Bongo, that the Participant has the full legal capacity to participate in the Show in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Participant(s) represent that he/she has not been accused or convicted or is otherwise involved in any criminal offence (including but not limited to acts of moral turpitude and harassment) and/or is not under inquiry or trial by the police or judiciary which has not been disclosed to Bongo in writing. That the Participant(s) is /are not required to be present before any authority including police or any court of law during the shooting dates informed by Bongo and has no other disability which would prevent his/her participation in the Audition or the Show (if selected).
The Participant(s) acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Show at his / her free-will and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the Show.
By registering for the Show, the Participant(s) represents that he/she is medically fit and do not have present or past psychological ailments. If in the past he/she has had any psychological ailments or have been under medication for any psychological anxiety, hypertension, depression or any other medical problems, the same shall be disclosed to Bongo in writing along with a copy of the certificate from a qualified medical practitioner declaring him/her to be fit for participation in the Show.
The Participant hereby undertakes to adhere to all health and safety guidelines issued by Bongo.
Bongo reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Participant at any stage in the event the Participant fails to follow any instructions of Bongo with respect to the Show.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, under no given circumstances shall Bongo be responsible for making any arrangements or paying for the travel, lodging and food expenses of the Participant and for any of their companions for the purpose of the shoot.
In the event of delay or unable to make himself/herself available for the Show or in case of any force majeure event or any other reasons, Bongo may either choose to the reschedule the shoot for such Participant, at its own discretion and shall not be under any obligation to do so, or the Participant may stand eliminated/disqualified at the discretion of Bongo.
The Participant understands that being unable to participate for the Show on the given date(s) due to any reasons would cause immense and irreparable loss to Bongo. The Participant hereby unconditionally agree to indemnify Bongo, its affiliates, group companies, partners, sponsors, its agents, Bongo, its employees, officers, and directors, contractors, partners or other persons used by them in relation to this Show and hold them harmless against any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability (including legal costs) arising out of the inability or unavailability of the Participant to participate the Show as per the schedule decided and informed by Bongo.
During the Show, Participant(s) are also required to refrain from wearing any clothing items bearing designer or sports logos or bearing the name or likeness of a celebrity, living or dead. The Participant(s) are also not permitted to wear or mention any competing TV channel names, or names of competitors or sponsors of the Show.
If entries are received for participation, it is assumed that the person sending in the entry has provided Bongo with permission to send SMSs to him/her or call him / her. Bongo will only contact the Participant on the mobile number provided by the Participant.

Submitted Materials

The Participant will furnish all necessary documents as per Bongo’s request (“Submitted Material”). The Participant confirms that such Submitted Material is (i) being submitted voluntarily by the Participant for further selection in the Show; (ii) it is original and is not based on any other material or source; (iii) the acceptance, storage, use and exploitation thereof will not violate or infringe any third party rights and (iv) The Participant has the right/authority to submit and to offer such material to Bongo without obligation to any third party, and the consent of no other person or entity is required.
The Participant understands that the Submitted Material will be reviewed by Bongo and any third-party agencies as may be hired by Bongo with respect to the Show.
The Participant represents and warrants that it is their own responsibility to ensure that all of the rights in the Submitted Material have been properly secured and will not infringe any third-party rights through their participation in the Show. Any disclosures made by the Participant relating to themselves or the Submitted Material will comply with all applicable legislation, including all laws of the land.
The Participant represents and warrants that he/she will not assert, maintain or assist other persons in asserting or maintaining against Bongo any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever related to the use of the Submitted Material.
Bongo assumes no obligation of any kind that may be implied against by reason of receipt or potential or actual review of the Submitted Material or any discussions or negotiations.
Bongo will store all the Submitted Material after the initial broadcast of the final episode for the season the Participant is part of.
The Participant is required to submit a declaration stating that all the Submitted Material provided is true and accurate and that is solely owned by the Participant, free of any lien or encumbrance or have obtained all necessary rights to grant Bongo the right and/or to permit the use of Submitted Material in connection with the Show.
Bongo may, at its discretion, contact the Applicant(s) and/or Participant(s), if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided in the Submitted Material.
Bongo has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification from the Show.
The Participant understands that sharing any information or Submitted Materials does not in any way obligate Bongo to select the Participant for the Show to enter into any further agreement(s) with the Participant, with respect to any matter arising out of or pertaining hereto.

Due Diligence

The Participant(s) hereby understands and agrees that Bongo may conduct investigations into their background, which may include reviews of civil and criminal records, financial, credit, and employment history, or any other type of background checks deemed necessary by Bongo. The Participant(s) shall provide all necessary consents or other documents in connection therewith and shall cooperate with Bongo and its agencies for the same.
Bongo may also conduct due diligences with respect to the Submitted Materials. The Participant(s) shall provide all necessary consents or other documents in connection therewith and shall cooperate with Bongo and its agencies for the same.
It is hereby clarified that should Bongo not be satisfied with the results of the due-diligence conducted either with respect to the Participant, his/her pitch or Bongo/organization or the Submitted Materials or in the event the due-diligence reveals any discrepancies with respect to the Submitted Materials or any documents submitted by the Participant or with respect to the Participant in general, Bongo reserves the right to disqualify the Participant, at any stage of the Show at its sole discretion without providing any reasons.
Bongo shall not be required to share any of the due-diligence reports or provide any explanations whatsoever to the Participant for any such disqualification.

Third-Party Disclosure

None of the Participants shall, without the prior written approval of Bongo, speak to the press or any other media or any third party, nor give any interviews or comments or write blogs or post anything on social media whatsoever relating to Bongo and/or the Show. Violation of this clause shall immediately disqualify the Participant.
The Participant shall not try and monetize any clips, images or elements of the Show in any manner. The Participant(s) shall not disclose any information about the audition process or share any documents relating to the Show that they have access to or copy them. Failure to comply with this requirement will lead to disqualification.
Bongo reserves its rights to take appropriate legal actions against any Applicant or Auditionee or Participant or any individual, at any stage, in event such individual publishes or posts any information or uses any images, stills from the Show, parodies the Show in any manner, give any interviews or make any statements with respect to the Show or Bongo, on any platform or media or social media in any manner, without written authorization from Bongo.

Intellectual Property Rights

On request of Bongo, the Participant(s) shall also make arrangements for Bongo to have access to his / her residence, workplace and obtain necessary permissions from his / her Parents, siblings, friends, colleagues to be photographed, interviewed and to record or click their photographs, videos etc.
As part of Participants’ contribution to the Show, Bongo may request Participant(s) to participate in any online/interactive activity relating to the Show.
The Participants) of the Show agrees that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and cooperate with Bongo and participate in any activity and/or campaign (“Promotional Activity”) of any nature whatsoever without any money payable to the Winner(s).
The Winner(s)/Participant(s) shall at no point of time refuse or disagree to participate in any such Promotional Activity for any reason whatsoever if required by Bongo. The Winner(s)/Participant(s) agrees that the footage of any nature which features the Participant, shall vest with Bongo, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.
The Participant (s) hereby agree and consent to the collection, recording, processing and storing of the images, videos submitted and the personal interviews during the Audition round. Further, any photographs, videos etc. submitted to Bongo or recorded by Bongo during the Audition or registration procedure shall on submission / creation become the property of Bongo (“Materials”) and shall be available to Bongo for exploitation throughout the world in perpetuity. The Participant (s) hereby waives off all the rights that they may have with respect to such Materials.
All the Intellectual Property Rights of the Participant(s) in respect of the performance of the Participant(s) either in the Auditions or in the Show including but not limited to the copyright, rights of publicity, moral rights and any related rights shall stand waived and Participant(s) agree not to claim or enforce any of the aforementioned rights in any court, tribunal or any other forum whether in Bangladesh or anywhere else.
The Participants constitutes permission to Bongo and grants Bongo irrevocable consent to reproduce the Participant’s attributes or any recordings or materials or click photographs or record videos of the Participant(s) and use the Participant(s) name, photographs, likeness, voice, comments, videos, and illustrations for advertising, promotional purposes and commercial exploitation in any media worldwide at Bongo’s sole discretion without any additional compensation
Bongo may also request the Participant(s) to use or share the content posted on their personal social media platforms in relation to the Show with Bongo. The Participant(s) hereby authorizes Bongo to use the content available on their personal social media handles including their profile pictures, social media handles etc. Once such content is included in the Show or used in connection with the Show, Bongo (and its assignees and licensees) shall have the right to use the same in perpetuity and the Participant shall not raise any claims against Bongo.

Personal Information and Confidentiality

Bongo shall keep all the information collected from the Participants (including videos submitted and interviews conducted) confidential and shall use the same for the purpose of Show. Each Participant, by electing to participate in the Show, hereby explicitly consents to the collection, storage and processing of such personal data and proprietary information collected from him/her. The term “Personal Data” shall mean and include the name and contact information (home address, telephone and fax numbers and email address), valid identity proof such as passport number, driver’s license number, permanent account numbers or other details pertaining to the identity of the Participant(s), marital status etc. being collected for the purpose of the Show and shall include including sensitive personal information, if any collected.
Bongo shall deal with any Personal Data, that it receives from Participant(s) or otherwise collects, holds, uses and processes in the following manner: a) Bongo may disclose Personal Data, if any, to governmental agencies and regulators (e.g., tax authorities), social organizations (e.g., the social security administration), human resources benefits providers (e.g., health insurers), external advisors (e.g., lawyers, accountants, and auditors), courts and other tribunals, and government authorities, to the extent required or permitted by applicable legal obligations upon prior written approval from Bongo. b) The level of data protection using technical, managerial, operational and physical security control measures by Bongo shall be such as to be in compliance with all applicable laws.
The photos, images, audition videos uploaded by the Participant(s) and the promotions with respect to the winners from the Show and shall be retained by Bongo for as long as Bongo deems fit after the initial broadcast of the final episode for the season and till the winners are declared.
All Personal Data and information requested by and supplied to Bongo by each Participant must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Bongo reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s) from the Show or Audition in its sole discretion without assigning any reason, should the Participant(s) at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
Notwithstanding any other provisions contained hereunder, Participant acknowledges that the obligations related confidentiality shall not pertain to any information which:

is in the public domain or comes into the public domain through no wrongful act on the part of Bongo; or
is already known to Bongo and/or its representatives as evidenced by their records at the time of disclosure by the Participant; or
is received by Bongo and/or its representatives on a non-confidential basis from a third party; or
is received by Bongo and/or its representatives from a third party without breach of any agreement by Bongo; or
is independently developed by Bongo and/or its representatives without breach hereunder; or
is approved for release by written authorization of the Participant; or
is required to be disclosed by applicable law or regulations, order of the court of competent jurisdiction or an appropriately empowered governmental, statutory or regulatory agency or equivalent authority.

Bongo shall ensure that the Participants are contacted by Bongo or on behalf of Bongo only for the purpose of the present Show and all such information collected by Bongo shall be destroyed within 6 (six) months after the initial broadcast of the final episode for the season the Participant is part of. Bongo shall not share the information so collected with any party, save and except for the purpose of the Show. The Participant(s) by providing the aforesaid Personal Data information, hereby agree and consent that Bongo shall have the right to share the Personal Data and other information so collected with such other third party (including the original format owners of the Show) as may be required for the purpose of the Show and hereby agree that they shall not file any claim against Bongo for sharing for such personal information. Any information shared by the Participant(s) to Bongo shall be handled by Bongo in terms of the privacy policy of Bongo. Please refer to the Channel’s privacy policy that governs the use of your personal information (if applicable). Participant(s) choosing to participate in the Show agree and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as put up on the website https://bongobd.com/addition to the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions which shall govern the Show.

Liability and Disclaimers

Bongo shall not, in any manner, be responsible for logistics and expenses of the Participant for participating in the audition or the shooting of the Show
Bongo is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental trauma caused to any Participant(s) and/or the Winner (s) in any manner whatsoever.
Bongo, evaluation panel, the host, the advertising agencies, the sub-contractors used by Bongo for the Show, and any person or entity connected with the production (including the format owners of the Show), administration or judging of the auditions, the Show (the “Relevant Parties”) shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Participant(s), in respect of any loss, damage suffered by the Participant(s) arising from or pursuant to the Show or for any and all loss, damage, cost, expense or injury to life or property sustained by the Participant(s) at any stage of the Show and during production thereof whether or not caused by (1) the administration (including scheduling) of the Show including any failure of transportation or inability for any reason to appear for the Audition; (2) the Participant’s or any third party’s participation in the Audition, or being selected or disqualified; (or Bongo; (4) as a result of any comment, remark, judgment, view, criticism, critique, opinion and/or observation made and/or passed by Bongo; and/or (5) any printing, typographical or technological errors in any materials associated with the Show. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, the Relevant Parties expressly exclude liability for all direct, indirect and consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss or damage to property or for loss of profit, opportunity, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings pursuant to the Show. In no event will the measure of damages include, nor will the Relevant Parties be liable for, any amounts for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any party, including third parties; or for damages attributable to the Participant(s); or circumstances beyond the Relevant Parties including Bongo’s reasonable control.
The registration on Family Feud Bangladesh Registration Site is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bongo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in respect of the Show or Family Feud Bangladesh Registration Site.
The Participant(s) of the Show agrees that he/she shall indemnify and shall hold harmless Bongo, its affiliates, employees, officers, sub-contractors, or any other person in connection with the Show, against any third party claims of whatsoever nature including but not limited to (i) any claims of infringement of any third party rights (ii) any leak or disclosure information (iii) any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud by the Participant (iv) any breach of law (v) any acts or omissions with respect to the Show (vi) any breach of the Terms and Conditions hereunder.
The Participant (s) shall also not file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in Bangladesh against sponsor and/or Bongo to claim any damages or reliefs.
Bongo shall not be responsible for any loss / theft of belongings of the Participant(s) on the sets of the Show/Studio, before/during/after the shoot of the Show, or at the time of the Audition.
Bongo or any of its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of earnings, employment or otherwise caused to the Participant(s) and arising as a result of his/her participation in the Audition or the Show, if selected.
Bongo, its affiliates and its sub-contractors cannot and shall not be held accountable/liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Audition or Show on account of any factors beyond their control.
Bongo and its sub – contractors shall not be held responsible or accountable to any of the Participant(s)/Contributor(s), for any loss, injury or any other liability which may arise, enroute while attending the Show / shooting or while participating in the Show and for which the Participant(s)/Contributor(s) will be required to sign an indemnity in favor of Bongo. The Participant(s)/Contributor(s) agree to release, discharge, and covenant, not to sue Bongo or any of its associate agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, Bongo representatives and employees, and/or any other agencies or individuals connected with the Show in any manner, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, in any way arising out of or resulting from the Participant(s) involvement in the selection process.
Participants and/or any party that accesses the Family Feud Registration Site, agrees that neither Bongo nor any third party content or service providers involved in the Show will be liable to Participant(s) for any loss or damages, either actual or consequential, arising out of or relating to these Rules, Participant’s use or inability to use the website, or to Participant’s reliance upon information obtained from or through the website, participation in the Show, travel, or use or misuse of any monies. In particular, neither Bongo nor its third party or service providers will have liability for any consequential, indirect, punitive, special or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable (including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, errors, loss of data, or interruption in availability of data), arising out of or relating to the awards, terms of use, visitor’s use or inability to use the website, online entry form or to visitor’s reliance upon information obtained from or through the website, participation in the Show, travel, or use or misuse of any monies, whether based in contract, tort, statutory or otherwise.
Apart from the entitlement to be part of the game Show “Family Feud Bangladesh”, the Participant or his / her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Bongo. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Participant(s) of the Audition or the Show shall not be paid any consideration.

Miscellaneous

Bongo may at any stage of the Show will disqualify any Participant(s) from participation or winnings, as the case may be, at Bongo’s discretion.
Bongo is empowered to take a decision on any case or instances not covered by the present Terms and Conditions.
Bongo reserves the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Terms and Conditions governing the Show and/or the Participant selection process prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice, in order to improve the Show or remedy any issues that occur.
Bongo will not entertain any claims / questions / queries with respect to the authenticity or correctness of any questions and answers for the questions asked in the Show.
Bongo’s decision on the correctness or incorrectness of any answer is final and binding on all Participants.
Bongo has the right at any time to reschedule, delay, suspend or terminate or otherwise change the terms of the Audition or the Show without any prior intimation or notice to the public and also Bongo is not obligated in any manner whatsoever to compensate any person or persons who have participated in the Show and/or accommodate any person or persons who have been selected in the Show.
Successful Registration does not guarantee the selection of the Applicant(s) to proceed with the Show. Registration also does not entitle any Participant(s) to a prize or award.
All registrations shall be subject to completion of the procedures by the Applicant(s) as per instructions received (i) through website; (iii) through call backs and (iv) as per the Terms and Conditions.
Taking part in the registration process shall be deemed to be acceptable by the Applicant(s) to receive updates and information with respect to the Show from Bongo or any third party so authorized by Bongo.
If the operation of the Show (including without limitation the operation of the related telephone systems and software systems); the recording; broadcast of any/all of the Show is prevented by an event of force majeure including but not limited to any natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government mandated lockdowns, orders, regulations or any unforeseen event that is beyond Bongo’s control or any act of God etc. Bongo may cancel all or any part of the Show, or take such other decisions as it deems fit.
Notwithstanding anything herein, there is no obligation on the part of Bongo to broadcast the episode in which a Participant has taken part or the Show in general or any or all of his / her contribution as recorded by Bongo.
If Participant(s) are unclear as to the Terms and Conditions of participation, he/she may send an email tofamilyfeud@bongobd.com. Bongo shall make reasonable endeavors to respond to such queries thereto. The above shall not, however, be a ground for extension of time / deadlines for submitting the forms for participation as specified herein and Bongo shall not be responsible if the Participant fails to submit the forms within the stipulated time frame. The Participant confirms that Bongo shall in no manner be liable to the Participant in any manner in the event the response of Bongo does not satisfy the Participant’s needs or if the same is delayed or there is no response at all.
No weapons, alcohol or illicit substances will be permitted at any premises or during any part of the Show. Participant(s) must be of good moral character and not be under the influence or habit of any medication, drugs or other psychotropic substance which may impair their ability to participate in the Show. Use of any prohibited substances could lead to disqualification.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
These Terms and Conditions and the Show shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and the Participant(s) submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangladesh.
Notwithstanding anything herein, by applying for the Show, you hereby agree and accept this terms and conditions in full. If you disagree or do not accept any of the terms, you must not apply or participate in the Show.
